Inspiring her supporters to “connect, feel and share” with the people who were affected by the pandemic, loss of income or death of loved one, Vice President Leni Robredo will make public the Covid 19 response program.

“This is a framework of how we can be free from COVID. This is based on our discussions with experts, including epidemiologists, public health consultants, economists and people from other sectors,” Vice President Leni Robredo said.

Vice President Robredo will reveal today, Nov. 3, her programs to help the country rise above the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a statement in Filipino on Tuesday, Nov. 2, Robredo said her team would release a video containing a set of plans formulated with the help of health experts, economists and people from various sectors.

“This is a framework of how we can be free from COVID. This is based on our discussions with experts, including epidemiologists, public health consultants, economists and people from other sectors,” the Vice President said.

“Most of all, we derived our solutions from the real experience of nurses, doctors, employees and the ordinary Filipinos who have been enduring, sacrificing and grieving during the pandemic,” Robredo added.

The Vice President, who is running for president in the May 2022 elections, said her recent trips to different communities, including her visit to the Bicol region, showed that the COVID-19 crisis affected everyone.

As they wear pink to show their support, Robredo appealed to her supporters to also extend help to the sick, to those who lost their loved ones as well as jobs and livelihood due to the pandemic.

“Let us feel what they went through, their fear and uncertainty,” Robredo said.

“To those who have joined us in our COVID response initiatives, tell the people: Our plan is not just a promise. We have proven what clean and orderly management can do,” she added. (Bicol Express News)
