Castilla, Sorsogon — In an FB post of Alex Lastrilla one of the staunchest supporters of Kap Alex “Nonong” Sotto aspirations to be elected as Castilla town mayor it listed the priority programs of the Poblacion barangay chairman asking those supporting incumbent Mayor Isagani “Bong” Mendoza what is the agenda of their candidate.
It listed the much-needed diagnostic laboratory for Castilla and it also considered the purchase of a dialysis machine and the operation of a municipal pharmacy offering free medicines for Castillanons as a response to the needy and destitute constituents.
Taking into account the need for additional incentives for Barangay Health Workers(BHWs) and the push for every barangay to have an emergency vehicle.
The post also said that Sotto will take a zero collection for needy constituents in need of a coffin for their dead and distribution of a farm tractor for upland barangay tillers.
