A policeman in Sorsogon was rushed to the hospital and died later, after providing security at the campaign rally of presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Police Corporal Persis Ivan Dy of Sorsogon Police Provincial Office, 38 -year -old, was rushed to the hospital, but died after being comatose for several hours.
According to report, Dy. was rushed to the hospital around 5 pm on March 4 due to a hemorrhagic stroke.
The report said Dy suddenly felt worse and his blood pressure reached 230-300 after providing security at the Marcos campaign rally
At around 6 a.m. yesterday, March 5, Dy died.
Dy has been in the police service for eight years.
