The leadership of Mayor Carolyn Sy-Reyes of this town will be on the line after it was conferred an ISO 9001:2015 April of last year when the certifying body conducts a surveillance audit of the operating procedures in line with the Quality Management Principles requisites of its ISO certification.
Slated on March 7 this year to ensure that the local government continues to fulfill the requirements for client satisfaction and other means that enhanced its mandate to serve its client effectively and satisfactorily.
As announced by engineer Arthur Garchitorena the administrator in charge and the LGU quality management representative urging his co-employees to exert their best efforts to meet the criteria of the audit during the flag-raising ceremony at the municipal complex.
The town was the third LGU of Sorsogon Province conferred with an ISO 9001:2015 by TUV-SUD PSB Philippines after fulfilling the requirements valid until April 11, 2024.
The certification covered the Provision of the Local Government, Services for the office of the mayor, vice-mayor and Sangguniang bayan, and fourteen of the town municipal departments with the services of the municipal health office is the audit team concern.
