Legazpi City and towns of Daraga and Pio Duran are in the “red” category in the upcoming elections, said Albay Provincial Police Director Colonel Byron Tabernilla.
According to Albay PPO, based on their validation, the reasons why these areas are included in the “red” category, are the hot battle between the candidates and the incident of violence related to the coming elections.
In the “orange” category are Camalig, Guinobatan, Libon, Manito, Tiwi and Ligao City.
On the other hand, the PNP command urges the election be fair and honest and that any violence be avoided.
