In Castilla, Sorsogon, senior citizen groups are active that in their latest monthly meeting, their federation of 34 Barangay senior citizens associations impresses Mayor Isagani “Bong” Mendoza.
Mayor Mendoza, in his message, expresses his respect for the 34 active Barangay Senior Citizen Association Presidents during the monthly meeting of their federation.
He encouraged officers of senior citizens groups to be vaccinated so that they can be better protected, while performing their duties as officers of the seniors in their respective barangays.
The Mayor gave birthday celebrants gifts from the LGU’s OSCA for the months of October and November, a practice he does to all BASCA presidents.
