Mayor Eduardo Tan Lozano of Sta Magdalena, Sorsogon, who died of heart attack, was buried on Monday, December 27 at Sta Magdalena cemetery..
He was survived by his wife, the former Catalina Gallanosa and six children –Charito, Mark, Cherry Lou, Reno, Jethro and Nerwin, and three grand children–Ashton Sedrick, Analese and Yeoubi Neon.
Mark, the late mayor’s son, will run for Mayor as replacement for his late father.
The late Mayor Lozano became vice mayor in 2010-2013, ran for mayor in the May 2013 elections and lost. He ran again for the same position in 2019 and won against former Mayor Nida Gamos.
Lozano studied in Sta. Magdalena Central School, Sta Magdalena High School, and took his BSBA Accounting degree at the University of the East in Manila.
