The body found floating yesterday at the river of Ubo Falls, Barangay Banogao, Matnog, Sorsogon was identified after the family recognized it.
According to spot report by Matnog Municipal Police Station, the body was identified as Raven Maburing, 23 y/o, single and a resident of Barangay San Antonio, Sta. Magdalena.
The body with a head wound was seen floating in the river.
Police are eyeing drowning as probable cause for the death as investigation progresses.
