Nineteen (19) buffalos were turned-over to farmers in Gubat, Sorsogon.
This project aims to strengthen the local production of dairy buffalo and further develop carabao-based enterprises.
Gubat St. Anthony Cooperative (GSAC), in collaboration with the Philippine Carabao Center at UP Los Baños (PCC at UPLB) and Philippine Coconut Authority Region V (PCA) conducted the Project Orientation and Ceremonial Turn-over of Buffalos to GSAC Farmer-Members last March 8, 2022.
Representatives from PCA Region V headed by Mr. Mateo Zipagan, Regional Manager for Bicol and PCC at UPLB represented by Ms. Thelma A. Saludes, Center Director, were welcomed by the GSAC Board of Directors, Agri Department Staff, and Farmer-Members.
