Sorsogon prov’l hospital chief COVID-19 positive

Sorsogon City – Sixteen new positive cases of COVID-19 is the latest tally affected by the dreaded infectious disease including two minors was reported by the Provincial Health Office with seven recoveries recorded.

Governor Chiz Escudero said among them is Renato Bañez Bolo Jr. Acting Provincial Health Officer of the province and Celso donor Lustestica is the chief of Prieto Diaz Medicare Hospital. Bolo is 43 years old recorded as Bicol Patient # No. 5572 while 59 year old Lustestica is Bicol Patient # No. 5606.

Aside from Bolo two other cases are from Barangay Bibinchan identified as Christiane Vivien Fernan Bolo, Bicol Patient # 5571 43 years old and Bicol Patient # 5573 is Nenita Hainta Magdaong, 42 years old. The four positive cases recorded in Barangay Pangpang are Lorna Lagata Paz- age 63, Dimacel De Castro Lajada 30 years old and two males age 16 and 15.

The 31-year-old Rosalie Romblon Latosa from Cambulaga same with 28 year-old Jan Kenneth Cruz registered as Bicol Patient # 5574 of Almendras-Cogon is a close contact of Bicol Patient # 5402. Another case was recorded in Buhatan named by the governor as Avelina Laureñaria Durana age 69 a 37 year old resident of Balogo identified as Joan Banta Menor; The 11 cases including Dr. Bolo Jr. are from Sorsogon City. While Dr. Lustesticas is from Maningcay De oro Pto. Diaz.

Two others are from Casiguran town namely Jesus Hije Desquitado from Mabini is 69 while Teresita Hagad Serrano is 57 year old from Somal-ot. In Butag Bulan two were tested positive of the virus. 28 year old Czarina Shane Bailon Mestiola and Mark Dones Embase age 23.

It was known that Christiane Bolo, Latosa and Cruz are health care frontliners working at the Sorsogon Provincial Hospital, Mestoola and Embase are health care workers registered as Bicol Patient No. 5578 and 5579.

Magdaong is registered as Bicol Patient No. 5610 is also a frontliner while Lajada is a clerk in a private company is registered as Bicol Patient # 5609. 5216 while Desquitado, Paz and Durana are senior citizens registered as Bicol Patient # 5570, 5575 and 5607.

Serrano is a helper is a close contact of Bicol Patient # 5442 and Menor is On the bright Bicol Patient # 5608.

The 16 and 15-year-old minors are Bicol Patient# 5576 and 5577 is a close contact of Bicol Patient #

On the bright side seven recoveries were registered in the province whose identities were released are Catherine D. Tumalad of Burabod, Sorsogon City, Teresita B. Hilotin of Banacud, Anelyn H. Malto of Pantalan, Benny S. Honrubia and Irene V. Ella both of Cawit Proper. They are from Magallanes. Also Eden E. Fulay is from Paradijon, Bulan town.
