A police entrapment operation for Robbery Extortion bagged a sexy girl allegedly trying to squeeze the Mayor of Juban of 100 thousand pesos after he was earlier “milked” for 20 thousand pesos in their first meeting.
The arrest occurred in Barangay Talisay, East District, Sorsogon City, at around 1:10 in the afternoon of August 30, 2021, and the suspect young girl was turned over to the Sorsogon police station at around 2:05 P.M.
Mayor Antonio Hainto Alindogan of Juban, Sorsogon, almost got into scandalous controversy, after allegedly getting “milked” of php 20,000 by a sexy girl, and for another round of Php 100,000.
This time, Mayor Alindogan became wiser and called for police entrapment.
Police investigation disclosed that the suspect, identified as Kristine Kate Anis Rivera, allegedly contacted Mayor Alindogan, introducing herself as staff of Atty. Ceasar Balmaceda, and requested to meet up to give an important document.
Rivera, the suspect, is 18 years old, single, jobless, high school level, and a resident of Housing Project, Brgy. Bibincahan, East District, Sorsogon City.
The victim, Mayor Alindogan agreed to meet the suspect at Rompeola, but the Mayor was shocked when the suspect showed up, looking very young for a working staff.
According to police report, Mayor Alindogan, as the victim, is 56 yrs old, married, public official, college graduate, resident of Barangay Poblacion, Juban, Sorsogon.
Suspect Rivera allegedly begun to “solicit” from him money amounting to 20 thousand pesos in exchange for not creating a “bad issue” that will affect his reputation.
The victim agreed to give her the money.
However, on August 30, 2021, the suspect allegedly contacted the victim again asking for money amounting to Php100 thousands in exchange that she will not make an scandalous accusation against the victim, to quote “DAKO INI NA ISYO MAYOR”.
The victim agreed to set the time and place and asked the assistance of the police to conduct entrapment operation which resulted in the arrest of the suspect.
Recovered from the suspect’s possession and control are the entrapment money amounting to Php 50,000.00. (two (2) genuine Php 1000.00 peso bill, twenty-nine (29) pcs 1000.00 bill and forty (40) pcs 500.00 bill as boodle money).
Arrested person is now under the custody of Sorsogon police for proper disposition.
