Mayor Sharon Rose Glipo-Escoto and Vice Mayor Sixto F. Estareja delivered today their 2021 Executive and Legislative Reports during the 2022 State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) at Gubat, Sorsogon.
Mayor Escoto highlighted the LGU accomplishments under the banner programs of SHARED Governance guided by the vision: “A place of trade and industry, agro and eco-tourism, and quality education.”
She acknowledged the efforts and dedication of all who are in the frontline in managing the pandemic, particularly the Municipal Health Office, BLGUs, the MSWDO, MDRRMO, the PNP, BFP, BJMP, the Philippine Army and the Gubat MLGOO.
She also thanked everyone who took part in achieving the target programs and activities.
“The pandemic had a big toll in all aspects, but the regular services of LGU Gubat continue,” Mayor Escoto said.
For this year 2022, she calls to all Gubat constituents for cooperation. “Gubatnon, urupod kita!”
For his part, Vice Mayor Sixto Estareja, shared the legislative efforts of his office as support to the implementation of LGU’s programs.
Vice Mayor Estareja assured the Gubat constituency that, despite of political differences, the quality of public service will be their top priority.
