Mayor “Doc” Marco P. Chavez M.D. of San Jose, Camarines Sur fielded a mobile diagnostic clinic vehicle that will serve the health needs of constituents beginning January 2022.
The mobile clinic, called ” Mobile Health and Diagnostic Vehicle” is a state-of-the-art and modern health facility “, the latest health project of Mayor Chavez who is also a doctor.
Before fielding into service, the mobile clinic on January 5, 2022 was inaugurated. and blessed by Rev. Fr. Romeo V. Sotto, Parish Priest of Saint Raphael Parish, Tigaon, Camarines Sur.
Accirding to Mayor Chavez, the mobile clinic facility will be used to intensify and widen health services among the constituents of San Jose, specially the poor in far-flung barangays in quick response due to distance.
The mobile facility will offer free services like X-ray, ECG, Blood Chem, and even an Annual Physical Check up.
The project is commended by the public and netizens for they believe the mobile clinic is useful, urgent and much-needed.
They also lauded the LGU for prioritizing the purchase of the Mobile Clinic despite of being a 4th class municipality, and the first ever endeavor in the whole district.
