LEGAZPI CITY – Manila bus operations will resume starting Saturday, May 22, 2021, but passengers must present their “Negative RT PCR Test/Saliva Redcross/ antigen test” required before boarding.

This was announced by Legazpi City Mayor Noel Rosal.

Rosal said the bus trip is point to point.

“All passengers must depart/arrive at the Legazpi Terminal for control, safety, and monitoring by the IATF,” he said.

The test result must not be more than 3 days of the swab test taken upon arrival, and NO quarantine needed upon arrival.

This Saturday, May 22, 2021, Leg-Mnl: 6pm departure, maiden trip.

May 23, 2021 Mnl-Leg maiden trip: 8pm departure (PITX, Parañaque, Metro Manila).

The bus trip resumption is expected to stop unauthorized van trips which are risky for Covid-19 spread.
