House Committee on Transportation approved a bill promoting the construction of the LTO district office in Viga town, Catanduanes.
According to report, committee members gave the go signal to House Bill 9545 and House Bill 9546 filed by Catanduanes lone district congressman, Cong. Hector Sanchez.
Once they became law, residents living far from the capital city, Virac, will have access to LTO for transactions.
The towns in the northern part of Catanduanes, such as Viga and Caramoran, are far from the town of Virac.
