Drivers, who do not yet have a license, will be given assistance by the Local Government of Castilla, Sorsogon.
In the official FB post of Mayor Isagani “Bong” Mendoza, he said the LGU will help constituents get student-drivers licenses, and exempt them from the fees amounting between 2,500 to 3,000 pesos.
Applicants will also be given a “Theoretical Driving Course”, which is one of the requirements for obtaining a license.
Mendoza said those interested can register at his office from January 10 to January 14, 2022.
The said program is implemented by LGU Castilla in collaboration with the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
