The Catanduanes Provincial Government amended its travel rules as defined by Executive Order 024-B, amending its previous EO 24.
As decided by Bicol IATF, travellers to Catanduanes Province must show negative RT-PCR test result to enter the Province, except Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from National Government Agencies (NGA).
Only persons coming from areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) are allowed.
Only APOR and essential travelers are allowed from areas under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
Still, passengers are required to get an account under the S-PaSS system to get Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) for their trip to Catanduanes, except NGA APOR.
