Castilla, Sorsogon — In the presence of representatives from civil society organizations, cooperatives operating in the municipality, barangay chairmen the Municipal Development Council approved the programs and projects included in FY 2022 in the 20% Development Fund.
The stakeholders consulted finalized the expenditures program reflecting the felt need of the community for progress and to avoid duplications and waste of resources.
As in the past years, Mayor Isagani Mendoza’s participatory leadership in tapping the multi-groupings development agenda on how to utilize the 20% development fund resulted in the approval of the Municipal Development Council of the development fund.
Partnering with DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP the MDC presented the programs in line with the development aspirations of the towns people.
