Catanduanes Governor Joseph C. Cua talked with officials of the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) on Wednesday, December 1, to discuss the distribution of financial assistance to abaca farmers in Virac to be held Thursday, December 2 to 4.
About 500 beneficiaries are targeted to receive cash-for-work assistance from the said Foundation in collaboration with the Local Government.
The beneficiaries come from various barangays of Virac, namely Dugui Too, Buyo, Hicming, Tubaon, and others.
