Al Christian Gobres, a Bicolano, topped the recently concluded 2021 Chemical Engineering Board Exam.
Of the more than 600 who took the exam, Gobres grabbed the highest spot with an exam rating of 84%.
Over a radio interview, Gobres said the road to success has not been easy, but we were able to overcome the challenge with the help of the Lord and the support of the family.
Gobres said he has 3 siblings, the eldest a doctor, the youngest a college freshman, while his father a company driver and his mother works in a photo studio.
Native of Legazpi City, Gobres studied and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
