Six (6) siblings, including an (8) eight-month-old baby, had coughs and fever, when brought to the hospital, and after undergoing tests, the results were positive of Covid 19.
These children live in Zone 5, Barangay San Felipe, Naga, City, Camarines Sur.
Barangay Chairman Al Rodriguez confirmed before the media, saying the children’s father, who works in Camarines Norte, infected them.
The children’s parents also contracted the virus, with their father and mother being closed contacts.
Rodriguez said getting infected is highly probable because the siblings live in the same house.
To date, fever and cold are symptoms of the virus, mostly diagnosed as COVID-19 when they go to the doctor for check-ups.
Barangay San Felipe has the highest active cases of COVID-19 in Naga City.
Health authorities never stop reminding the people to follow proper health standard protocols against the virus.
