CASTILLA, Sorsoogon – Three members of the family of Isagani Mendoza, mayor of this town tested positive of COVID-19. This was personally confirmed by him.
Mendoza is asking patience and understanding to his town mates particularly those needing assistance from Tabang Center which was a lockdown and assured the public that unaffected members of his households are in isolation.
He also noted that most of the department heads and employees of the town hall are in-home quarantine to negate the possible spread of the virus.
He appealed that those with personal business with him at the moment cannot be accommodated and beg for their understanding. Concerns at the Tabang Center may process their needs at the municipal social welfare office for the time being.
The mayor said that services of the town hall though minimal at this point is still operational and will be normalized upon the completion of quarantine protocol.
