3 arrested in Sorsogon for molesting minors

The Family Court of 5th Judicial Region Branch 4 in Ligao City issued a warrant of arrest against Erwin Encinares Falcotelo of Barangay Villareal, Gubat, accused of molesting a minor and a bail bond of 80 thousand pesos for his temporary liberty was set by the court. Falcotelo is an employee of a lending company and resides in the said barangay.

Another warrant of arrest was issued against a resident of Barangay Del Rosario identified as Joey Bayna Perete, 29 of age, single, employed as a waiter by the Family Court of the 5th Judicial Region Branch 12 of Sorsogon City for molesting another minor. His bail was set for 200 thousand pesos.

While a resident of Barangay Gogon, Casiguran was nabbed by operatives in Barangay Sulucan in Sorsogon City a 52-year-old tricycle driver identified by authorities as Nicasio Palacio Dio for twice molesting a minor by virtue of the warrant of arrest issued by the Family Court of the 5th Judicial Region of Sorsogon City and bail was set for 180 thousand for each count.
