There have been 14,249 recorded cases of COVID-19 in the country, as of August 14, 2021, according to the Department of Health.

Meanwhile, 11,714 people were cured and 233 died.

Of the total number of recorded cases in the country, 5.7% (98,847) were active cases, 92.5% (1,598,314) were cured, and 1.74% (30,070) died.

According to the latest report, all laboratories were operational on August 12, 2021 while there were 4 laboratories that failed to submit data to the COVID-19 Document Repository System (CDRS). Based on data over the past 14 days, the contribution of these 4 labs was approximately 3.4% in all samples tested and 2.8% in all positive individuals.
