TABACO CITY, Albay – More than 100 passengers are stranded at the Tabaco Port bound to Catanduanes province after it was denied entry by the provincial government. The passengers are from “high risk” areas of NCR and considered as non-essential travelers.
Catanduanes has not lifted its ban that prohibits entry on the province of travellers from high risk areas. For the time being the stranded are receiving food rations from the local government while awaiting recommendations from IATF-Bicol to resolve the situation.
