Sorsogon Governor Francis Escudero welcomed Chief Operating Officer of the Tourism Promotions Board Atty. Maria Anthonette C. Velasco-Allones, Philtoa President Mr. Cesar Cruz, and members of the Philippine Tour Operators Association.
The TPB COO and several members of PHILTOA are in ocular inspection of various tourist destinations in the Philippines, including Sorsogon.
These assessments shall help tourism establishments in Sorsogon on how to improve service quality, and business status of their establishments.
Once tourism opens up in the Province, the establishments are ready to meet influx of tourists.
Provincial tourism staff thanked the group who shared their inputs, and took into consideration the best practices that will be implemented with tourism partners.
