The 2,650 health care workers of Sorsogon who receive the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine will start receiving their second dose today was revealed by the provincial information office webpage. The first dose consisted of 1,270 AstraZeneca and 1,380 of Sinovac was given last month after the vaccinators completed the vaccination simulation procedures.
The second rollout will cover the first dose vaccine recipients to receive the same vaccine jab inoculated to them. Next to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine shots are the senior citizens while age 18-59 is next-in-line with a Sinovac dose.
The public is advised to visit their respective rural health units for the right information about the rollout.
