LEGAZPI CITY – The Philippine Coast Guard issued an advisory to all travels bound to Visayas and Mindanao using the Port of Matnog as a point of exit that starting today April 16, 2021, due to Tropical Depression Bising will be suspended that may last most likely until Tuesday, April 21.
Trucks, buses and other vehicles are advised to postpone, cancel their planned trips until April 21 to avoid long queues.
The Land Transportation Office Region 5 likewise issued a Memorandum as requested by the Office of the Civil Defense 5 and as a precautionary measure of the imminent threat of Tropical Storm “Surigae” or “Bising” that trips of provincial buses, private cars and cargo trucks traversing Bicol Region bound to Visayas and Mindanao are Temporarily Cancelled starting 12 noon of April 16, 2021.
