The newly-built Market Annex Building at the center of trade in Bulan provides a venue for buying and selling of products, while the nearby Jeepney Station makes transportation easily accessible to the riding public.
Governor Chiz Escudero said more infrastructure projects are expected to rise in Bulan which is primed to become the second city in the province after Sorsogon City.
These projects were built through the efforts of LGU-Bulan, led by Mayor Romeo Gordola and Governor Chiz.
