According to police, the arrested drug suspect is a “new drug personality”, but got caught quickly.
A 42-year-old man and resident of Barangay 4, Daet, Camarines Norte was arrested at 1:40 Thursday morning, October 13 in Barangay Mancruz, Daet, Camarines Norte.
Seized from him were 7 sachets of suspected shabu weighing 85 grams worth at street value of Php578,000.00
According to police, the suspect is a new drug personality.
Meanwhile, PBGEN Rudolph B Dimas, RD, PRO5 lauded the operating teams of Camarines Norte Provincial Intelligence Unit; Daet MPS; Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 5; PNP Drug Enforcement Group; 1st and 2nd Camarines Norte PMFC with PDEA ROV for the positive operation.
The suspect is now under custody of Daet PNP who will face charges under RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
