LEGAZPI CITY – The challenge is up on the sleeve of Director Leo Quintilla to oversee a mega-region with a mega-budget not only as a top performing field office of the country and adjudged as the Best SAP Implementation for Mega Region category with outstanding innovations and hard to surpass in terms of excellent service.
Before his posting in Bicol he was the in-charge of the Field Office of DSWD in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
Considered as a tasked master in the field of social development, health research, project management, gender studies, public administration and disaster risk reduction he produce readings and research methodologies in community-driven development and gender development.
But the evolving dynamism of social services the director will be up for a big challenge.
