181 LTO Student-Driver Permit applicants for their Theoretical Driving Course from January 18-19, 2022 will graduate on Monday at the Castilla Sports Complex in Barangay San Rafael.
Castilla Mayor Bong Mendoza assured them they will get their desired permits.
In collaboration with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Sorsogon led by Chief Grace Rojas and proctors, the third batch of applicants, who underwent the LTO -conducted driving course as a requirement for obtaining a permit, was successfully conducted.
At the same time, they received Php250.00 each for the permit fee which was answered by Mayor Mendoza, in addition to food for the two -day course.
