The Catanduanes Provincial Government amended its Executive Order No. 24 allowing Point-to-point Travel between NCR Plus and the Province of Catanduanes.
Catanduanes Provincial Government said that APOR persons (Authorized Persons Outside Residence) from National Government Agencies are not required to register under S-PaSS system.
The amended rules will be effective on Monday, June 21, 2021.
Requirements must be shown at point of entry.
Only persons coming from areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) are allowed.
Only APOR and essential travelers are allowed from areas under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
Still, passengers are required to get an account under the S-PaSS system to get Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) for their trip to Catanduanes.
