SORSOGON PROVINCE – The 55th death caused by COVID-19 in the Province of Sorsogon is Bicol Patient No.7640 of Basud, Sorsogon City who passed away on May 10 was admitted due to cough and in a weak physical state/ The next day a swab was taken and the result was on hand the same date as positive for the COVID-19 virus.
Before her, a 59 and 72-year-old male also died from the virus only identified as Bicol Patient No. 9034 from Bacolod, Juban, and Bicol Patient No. 8729 who was admitted to a hospital at Legaspi City is from San Pascual, Bacon District of the city.
By May 10 the province registered 14 recoveries and the next day it also released from confinement 23 patients who also recovered for a total of 37 recoveries.
