Tourist Reception and Guiding Techniques Training in Bulusan, Sorsogon

The Provincial Government of Sorsogon and LGU Bulusan, together with the Department of Tourism Region 5 will conduct a Tourist Reception and Guiding Techniques Training in Bulusan.

This was announced by Boboy Gigantone, Provincial Tourism Officer.

LGU Bulusan, as lead by Mayor MG Mike Guysayko, has been been working hard during the pandemic to improve its facilities at Bulusan Volcano Natural Park.

Now that renovations are almost over, people are waiting for the upcoming reopening of the tourist site.

Governor Francis Escudero used to say that “hindi pwede ang pwede na,” so the facilities are not the only ones that will be upgraded, also the Bulusan Lake workers shall also be trained to meet the challenge.

Thanks to the support of RD Herbie Aguas and the DOT RV, the participants will undergo training under the expertise of Ms. Dolly Salamanca, a tour guide by profession, a teacher by vocation, a mentor by mission.
