Ramon Garilao, a simple farmer of Barangay Mabalodbalod, Tigaon, Camarines Sur, wants to save his foot from being amputated.
He had approached the local government, local officials, and candidates for help, but he was given the runaround.
His doctor says his foot can be saved but, he must apply the proper care, and use of medicines, but the daily costs are difficult for him.
Ramon used to be active in his parish in Barangay Moriones , Ocampo.
He needs help, even small contributions, for his treatment.
