The Integrated Bar of the Philippines Bicolandia Regional Convention and Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability was a gathering of whose who among legal professions practitioners in the region attending the convention in Sorsogon.
The importance of the event was attended by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Alexander Gesmundo who keynote the event. Legal luminaries includes the National IBP President together with the Board of Governors and national officers.
Governor Edwin Hamor was on hand welcome CJ Gesmundo priding to the chief magistrate the achievements of the 7K agenda of his administration.
The other delegates are judges, clerks of courts , prosecutors and lawyers of the Bicol region whose inter-actions manifested their bonds in their profession.
The roll -out of the event on July 26 this year was also a manifestation of the continuing stride of Sorsogon as a convention hub.
