Architect in Sorsogon, live-in partner caught planting and dried marijuana worth 60K
A live-in couple engaged in “plantito and plantita” business were arrested after they were caught with Php 60,000 worth of dried Marijuana leaves, seven pots with fully grown marijuana, and seven pots with seedlings in Brgy Bibincahan, Sorsogon City.
Police said a buy-bust operation was conducted upon learning reports that the suspect’s live-in-partner had marijuana plants.
A resident in the area informed police that the suspects were allegedly drying leaves that looked like Marijuana right in front of their home.
Police launched anti-illegal drug operations Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 5:34 p.m.
Operatives seized from the suspects, Architect Marc Baranda Ducay and Heide Tulao Badajos almost 500 grams of dried Marijuana leaves and drug paraphernalia.
The suspects also led operatives to their Marijuana plants in the backyard of their house.
The suspects are under police custody for documentation and disposition.
