Vice President Leni Robredo graced the groundbreaking ceremony of the Angat Buhay Village in Barangay Del Carmen, Sagñay, Camarines Sur.
The Angat Buhay Village is site of 50 houses to be constructed for families who had been dwelling in hazard-prone areas.
