Naga City, in Camarines Sur, distributed COVID-19 Care Kits consisting of vitamins, disinfectants, face masks, digital thermometer, pulse oximeter that aids in monitoring heart, lung, or asthma condition.
This kits distribution is follow up to food packs already delivered earlier by the group of City Mayor Nelson Legacion in Naga’s lockdown areas.
The city has suffered a spike of Covid-19 cases in the past weeks, hitting now at 361 active cases.
Last March, Lawyer Areiz Macaraig blew the whistle to catch public attention about an impending hospital crisis that the present hospital beds will not accommodate more Covid-19 patients if the number of patients will pass beyond the 200 mark.
