More than 300 substandard Christmas lights were confiscated by the Naga City Price Coordinating Council during their surprise inspection and price monitoring last month, according to Local Government of Naga this morning.

This is in line with the upcoming holiday season, to ensure that no substandard products such as Christmas lights are sold, to ensure the safety of residents.

Shoppers from other towns in Camarines Sur flock to Naga for pre-holiday shopping, and for retailing.
