A Camarines Sur doctor, Dr. Rafael Salles, Municipal Health Officer of Pili, made known his idea that all candidates be vaccinated first before starting their campaign, or making their rounds among voters.
Based on observations, the campaign period for candidates in local positions has not yet begun, but there are several who are already going the rounds in the villages.
There are candidates who think they will not contract the disease.
Doctor Salles said it will be better if candidates were fully vaccinated, so that they would have protection from Covid 19, and also protect the people whom the candidates will come into close contact with.
