Top 1 Kenneth Olbita Dela Torre and Mark Perit Villanueva, top 10, are both graduates of Naga College Foundation, Inc. Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCFI) – College of Criminal Justice Education.
Dela Torre recorded an 89.00% passing rate and 87.45% to Villanueva. NCFI has a 42.86% passing rate which is higher than the 31.84% national passing rate. l via PIA Albay
