Police arrested three (3) men in a red minivan after hot pursuit over a report of allegedly abducting a man on 5 pm Tuesday.
The abducted man, age 40, was found hogtied by responding cops inside the mini van.
Earlier. the victim’s friend reported to police about the abduction incident, after the suspects aimed a gun, forcing the victim into the mini van.
In the initial investigation, the motive of the suspects for the abduction was possibly related to banned agarwood being sold by the victim.
Several firearms, ammunition and a knife were also confiscated from the suspects.
The suspects will be charged with abduction, and violation of the Comelec gun ban.
