The 11AM Severe Weather Bulletin released by PAGASA there is a small chance that Typhoon “Bising” may hit any part of the country.
The center of the typhoon was 960 kilometers east of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte with a sustained wind of 130 kilometers per hour near the center with a maximum wind of 160 kilometers per hour in the West-South-West direction.at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour. The tracking was made at 10AM, April 16.
It is expected to experience stronger winds and rainfall by Sunday the Eastern part of Visayas and Bicol Region but has not affected any part of the country. By Sunday morning PAGASA forecasted that Bising is 355 kilometers East of Catarman, Northern Samar and by Monday morning it is 265 kilometers East of Virac, Catanduanes.
