The sixth most wanted person in NCPRO was arrested in the town hall of Castilla Sorsogon by the joint operatives of the PNP.
Arrested was Carlito Remando Dalag of Barangay San Rafael an employee of LGU Castilla employed as a plumber by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Rose Sharon Santiago Cordero-Abila of RTC 129 of Caloocan City.
Dalag is facing murder charges under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code docketed as Criminal Case No. 81834. He is currently under the custody of RSOG-NCRPO pending the return of the arrest warrant and issuance of a commitment order from the court of origin.
Meanwhile, Mayor Isagani Mendoza said that he does not know that Dalag is facing a criminal charge when he was employed and it was the accused knowledge as a plumber that was the basis of his employment.
