Carmel Eubra, 43, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer of Viga, Catanduanes was shot dead inside her car by unidentified gunmen riding-in-tandem.
The shooting Incident happened at Oceanview Subd, Brgy. San Isidro Village, Virac, at past 5 PM, Tuesday afternoon, May 24.
According to police investigation, the victim was entering the subdivision when she was shot twice by gunmen riding-in-tandem.
Police were still investigating as of presstime.
