(Developing Story) Mystery hovers over the killing of 3 Sorsogon candidates in Albay, the apprehended suspect was a known whistle blower on an alleged ouster plot against President Duterte, and the supposed arranged meeting was with a group of Bongbong Marcos (BBM) campaign group.
A vice mayoralty aspirant and incumbent Municipal Councilor and two other councilors of Donsol, Sorsogon, were found dead Friday morning in Daraga, Albay.
The 3 candidates were reportedly abducted at 12 midnight Thursday night in Daraga.
According to initial Daraga police report, the victims were Donsol Municipal Councilor Helen Advincula Garay, Kareen Dela Rosa Averilla, 44, and Xavier Alim Mirasol, 61, both business persons and candidates for councilors in Donsol, Sorsogon.
Incumbent Donsol Councilor Helen Garay was running for vice mayor under United Nationalist Alliance party.
According to a PNP statement, the said councilor and two other colleagues would allegedly meet with the BBM party as coordinators.
The group, BBM party, whom the victims would meet refers to the campaign group of Bongbong Marcos.
Report said that after meeting with Peter Joemel Advincula alias ‘Bikoy’, the victims simply disappeared.
This Friday morning, the family of incumbent councilor Garay confirmed that she and her companions were dead.
It was also learned the slain councilor was the suspect’s aunt.
As of presstime, Daraga Police is holding the suspect, alias “Bikoy”, while authorities are still investigating other details regarding the incident.
Rewinding back, It was known that “Alyas Bikoy” is the person who revealed about the alleged ouster plot, or “Project Sodoma” against President Rodrigo Duterte through “the real narcolist” video in which he faced multiple charges.
