Catanduanes Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council approves move to declare the province under state of calamity.
This is to enable the Provincial Government and Municipal LGUs to be fully equipped to respond to the situations in their municipalities, and also to prepare for the impeding weather disturbances in the remaining months.
