SORSOGON CITY – The Clergy of the Diocese of Sorsogon in a statement informed the faithful with deep sadness that Monsignor Rene Mabute one of its priests joined his creator today June 2, 2021.
They are condoling with the bereaved family to find strength and comfort in their hour of sorrow and asked.
The late Monsignor finished his BS Psychology at Christ the King College and his secondary years at Sta. Margarita National High School in Samar.
He was the former Vicar-General of the diocese. On May of 2010 he delivered a homily during the novena-mass in honor of the Lady at the Fatima Parish sharing his thoughts on the theme, At the Wedding at Cana: Transforming Leadership in the Community of Disciples.
